Order Processing
- Orders are usually verified, packed, and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- After dispatch, the package is handed over to our courier partners for delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Most shipments are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Orders going to remote or non-metro regions may require an additional 2–4 business days.
Delivery timelines can vary depending on location and courier service availability.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
You can use this link to track your order status and delivery progress in real time.
Delivery Attempts & RTO Policy
- Delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times.
- If the customer is unavailable or the address/contact details are incorrect, the shipment may be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin).
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly during checkout.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated based on the order value and delivery location.
- Any Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before the order is confirmed.
