Return & Exchange Policy

At FALLEN ORDER, we want every order to meet your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.


Exchange Policy

Exchange requests can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Customers may exchange products for:

  • Another size of the same item
  • A different product (price differences will be adjusted accordingly)

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Remain in its original condition
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery.

Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued in one of the following forms:

  • Store Credit valid for 6 months, or
  • Refund to the original payment method (where applicable)

Please note that refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes inspection.

  • The item has been worn, washed, damaged, or stained
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • The product was purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless defective)
  • A different or incorrect product is returned

Reverse Pickup Service

We offer reverse pickup in most serviceable locations.

  • Pickup is generally arranged within 2–4 business days after approval
  • In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the item

Refund Processing

After the returned item clears quality inspection:

  • Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours
  • Refunds to the original payment method may take 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order
  • Share clear photos of the issue for verification
  • A replacement will be provided at no additional charge
