Return & Exchange Policy
At FALLEN ORDER, we want every order to meet your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Customers may exchange products for:
- Another size of the same item
- A different product (price differences will be adjusted accordingly)
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Remain in its original condition
- Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery.
Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued in one of the following forms:
- Store Credit valid for 6 months, or
- Refund to the original payment method (where applicable)
Please note that refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes inspection.

Requests may be denied if:
- The item has been worn, washed, damaged, or stained
- Original packaging or tags are missing
- The product was purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless defective)
- A different or incorrect product is returned
Reverse Pickup Service
We offer reverse pickup in most serviceable locations.
- Pickup is generally arranged within 2–4 business days after approval
- In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the item
Refund Processing
After the returned item clears quality inspection:
- Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours
- Refunds to the original payment method may take 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order
- Share clear photos of the issue for verification
- A replacement will be provided at no additional charge
